Bondi Should Indict Obama and the Other Conspirators

COMMON SENSE: Less than a month after Donald Trump’s unlikely first election in 2016, in the Obama White House, a conspiracy was launched to undermine the effectiveness of the new administration. That was nine years ago. Many of us still remember it like it was yesterday. I certainly do. I also remember how millions of Americans were deceived into believing that Donald Trump had been compromised by the Russians.

Now, thanks to the Director of National Security, Tulsi Gabbard, documented proof of the conspiracy to undermine the first Trump administration has just been released to the public. Those involved in this criminal conspiracy include President Barack Obama, DNI James Clapper, CIA Director John Brennan, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Secretary of State John Kerry, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Out of this meeting, the “Russia, Russia, Russia” hoax was manufactured and launched. It resulted in the three-year Mueller investigation against Trump that undermined his Presidency. The investigation proved nothing, because there was nothing legitimate to prove.

Having uncovered the evidence proving this conspiracy existed, DNI Gabbard has sent criminal referrals to Attorney General Bondi for those named above. Now, it is up to the A.G. to determine how to move forward, but her job isn’t as straightforward as it might seem.

That’s because this happened nine years ago, and the Statute of Limitations for most federal crimes is five years. Notably, treason isn’t. There is no Statute of Limitation for treason, but proving treason isn’t as simple as it might seem.

Nevertheless, here is one way she might proceed: “18 U.S.C. 2384 Seditious Conspiracy is defined as two or more people conspiring to overthrow, put down, or destroy the United States government by force or prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law.” The Obama cabal, with the sycophantic help of the complicit media, did conspire to “put down,” “hinder,” and “delay” the duly-elected forty-fifth President of the United States from fulfilling his duties. That, according to 18 U.S.C. 2384, is treasonous.

There will be pressure by the media and the Democrats to let this slide, saying that only Banana Republics send former Presidents to jail, but the Democrats were more than willing to send Trump to jail for made-up crimes, weren’t they? These crimes, the ones committed by the Obama cabal, are real, not manufactured. So, indicting Barack Obama has precedent. Bondi needs to empanel a grand jury and indict all of them, without exception.
