Mount Carmel Showdown

Lord open our eyes through your Spirit so that, we are prepared for the things to come! The last days events such as, a one world government is still on the move. Will the Lord’s people arise for a Mt. Carmel Showdown?
People are destitute, hungry, crying out to the little “g” gods and idols day after day with no answer, “yes” a believer in Jesus Christ does have the answer but they are keeping it to themselves, “So they took the bull which was given them, and they prepared it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even till noon, saying, “O Baal, hear us!” But there was no voice; no one answered. Then they leaped about the altar, which they had made. And so it was, at noon, that Elijah mocked them and said, “Cry aloud, for he is a god; either he is meditating, or he is busy, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is sleeping and must be awakened.” So they cried aloud, and cut themselves, as was their custom, with knives and lances, until the blood gushed out on them. And when midday was past, they prophesied until the time of the offering of the evening sacrifice. But there was no voice; no one answered, no one paid attention” (1st Kings 18:26-29).
Every kingdoms (institution) as the enemy so named them offered them up to Jesus if He would bow (worship) to him and Jesus answered and said to him, “get behind me Satan! For it is written, you shall worship the Lord your God, and him only you shall serve” Luke 4:5-8.
Every institution today (Religion, Family, Business, Government, Arts & Entertainment, Media and Education) is infiltrated with this rhetoric the devil offered it up (authority and power) to a corporate body to make the biggest move of Antichrist. Now the body of Christ must arise and be what I called,” Unruffled” bold ambassadors as we’ve been called to speak to suffer violence and the violent take it by force!
It’s time to get serious about being an ambassador; the Dictionary.com definition of Ambassador is a diplomatic official of the highest rank, sent by one sovereign or state to another as its resident representative (ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary)
or a diplomatic official of the highest rank sent by a government to represent it on a temporary mission, as for negotiating a treaty.
In spiritual and biblical terms, I say we are; diplomatic official spiritual sons and daughters, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God” (Romans 8:14. Yes, we need the Spirit of the Living God to direct us strategically in these perilous times. The Bible says we are of the highest rank, “For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together” (Romans 8:15-17).
We’ve been sent by a government to represent it, “and saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel” (Mark 1:15). The only work we’ve been told to do is believe and get to speaking, sharing and discipling, ““and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error” 1st John 4:3-6. We know we must not belong to the world because we are on a temporary mission and it’s essential to get focused redeeming the time that has been lost.
What are our mission objectives for these last days and great battle? “The Great Commission, “Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they[b] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover” (Mark 16:15-18).
Lastly, negotiate this treaty the gospel message, Jesus the Savior of the world is not condemning the world but saving it. I recently met a man who shared he moved from New Jersey to Virginia to get a fresh start from his cheating spouse. He shared his living circumstances is that his employer set him up to live and share a home with two homosexual men. He told them he was looking for a church and their response to him was quote, “for what your God is a mean God.” When he shared this with me my heart was saddened for these men they don’t know a loving God, redeeming Savior or a comforting Holy Spirit. If I wouldn’t have paid attention to this man asking for money to go and buy grocery store chicken then I wouldn’t be able to invite him to where I worship and learn about these two men we could pray for.
We must continue a relentless pursuit of God’s (BIG G) heart in intimacy and a quiet spirit so we can be prepared to heart instruction when this all hits the fan! No fear! We have victory through the purchased atoning work at the Cross but it is imminent, imperative more than ever that we fast, pray, repent and go “Boots on the Ground” to win the greatest harvest of souls and disciple nations.
The Lord will leave the Ninety-Nine for “One!” Will you share the gospel of Christ with every person you encounter in your day?
Will you share your testimony of how the Lord set you free? Will you invite them to know a Heavenly Father, a redeeming Savior and a powerful love ministry of the Holy Spirit? Will you?
